Kirk Jewelers kindly requests a minimum of 50% deposit to place special orders and balance payment upon delivery of merchandise. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered a final sale.
Credit/Debit Cards: Kirk Jewelers accepts all major credit and debit cards. All credit/debit card transactions must be completed within the store. Deposits are able to be placed through email correspondence and telephone, but the card holder must sign the sales receipt in person at time of delivery and present the credit/debit card used along with a valid photo ID. No one other than the cardholder is authorized to use or sign on the behalf of the cardholder.
Electronic Wire Transfer: Kirk Jewelers accepts payment through electronic wire transfer. Please speak to a salesperson about wire transfer instructions. Allow 48 hours for most Domestic wire transfers to clear.
No Interest Financing: Kirk Jewelers offers several financing options through Wells Fargo Financial / AGS. All terms of credit agreement are between Wells Fargo Financial / AGS and the borrower. Kirk Jewelers is not a lending institution. Please speak to a salesperson for more information about financing options.
Cash: Any single transaction over $10,000 requires Kirk Jewelers to submit an 8300 form to the Florida Department of Revenue.
For all merchandise over $500, Kirk Jewelers offers free next business day delivery within the United States. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Delivery address must match the billing address on file with the credit/debit card company, and delivery requires an adult signature.
Kirk Jewelers wants you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange or return the merchandise in its original condition within 7 days with the presentation of the original receipt.
All exchanges and returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee in order to cover processing costs associated with the manufacturers.
In order to return or exchange merchandise, items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged and presented with the original packaging and accessories. In addition, no refund or exchange will be issued for merchandise which has been custom made, special ordered, engraved, or sized. All refunds will be issued in form of a check mailed to the purchaser.
If the item was received as a gift, the recipient will receive a non-refundable store credit. Shipping and handling costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

Factory Warranty Service and Repairs: As an Authorized Dealer for all the brands Kirk Jewelers represents, we stand behind the factory warranty fully. Please notify Kirk Jewelers as soon as possible if your new watch or jewelry has any manufacturing issue. Watches and jewelry repaired while under the factory warranty will be held to the terms the manufacturer specifies. Kirk Jewelers extended warranty is non-transferable.
General Service and Repairs: Kirk Jewelers service department provides a free estimate describing the scope of work and also an estimate of time to complete the repair.
Kirk Jewelers offers a two year service warranty on all watches which have undergone a full overhaul, this includes Kirk Jewelers Certified Pre-Owned Timepieces. The service warranty covers defects in workmanship to the internal movement only. When Kirk Jewelers offers watches on consignment these timepieces do not automatically include the service warranty. Please speak with your salesperson for more information.
Kirk Jewelers offers a jewelry service warranty which covers defective parts and workmanship for one year. This warranty does not cover wear and tear.
For general service performed by the factory (not in-house) and facilitated by Kirk Jewelers, shipping and handling charges may apply. Please speak to our Service Department for more information about specific charges.
If the person leaving the repair is not the same person picking it up, Kirk Jewelers requires written authorization with signature giving the name of the person picking up the repair.
In addition to the original guarantee offered by the manufacturer, Kirk Jewelers doubles the warranty timeframe, covering the same terms as the factory warranty. This excludes normal wear and tear.
Kirk Jewelers offers complimentary Lifetime Service for select timepieces. Please contact us to see if your selected timepiece qualifies. This routine service includes movement cleaning, lubrication, refinishing, regulating and water-pressure testing.
The unique Kirk Jewelers Extended Warranty and the Kirk Jewelers Lifetime Service starts from the date of purchase. They exclude leather strap replacement. Any modifications and any damage resulting from improper handling, excessive wear, lack of care, accidental impacts, or water/moisture intrusion will void these warranties. Previous servicing performed by un-authorized CW21 watchmakers also voids these warranties. The Kirk Jewelers Lifetime Service is valid once every 10 years based on the availability of genuine parts. Both additional benefits are non-transferable and only apply to the original owner by presenting a valid picture ID along with the original Kirk Jewelers Warranty Card.
