The heliotrope presents a variety of green hues and features an ogive cut on its upper surface, which highlights its individual structure and colour while preventing the slightest reflection.

According to the proportion of silver, copper, platinum or palladium added, different types of 18 kt gold are obtained: yellow, pink or white.
