Placing an Order
Patek Philippe, Omega, Rado, and Tag Heuer do not permit the sales of their watches over the Internet. For more information about purchasing these or other fine watches, please contact us. Some of our fine jewelry is available for purchase online via PayPal, the safe and secure way to shop online, through which we accept all major credit cards. For other arrangements, such as phone order and wire transfers, please contact us.
Tax
Florida residents are required to pay a 7% tax.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped shortly after. Shipping costs vary. Kirk Jewelers ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us for more information on exchanges and returns. Certain custom items may not be returned. All other items must be returned to us within 7 days from date of receipt.
All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and presented with the original packaging and original receipt. All refunds will be given to you in the manner in which you made your purchase. If you made the purchase on your credit card, you will be credited accordingly. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Kirk Jewelers requires returned items to be shipped in a manner that is traceable, i.e. registered mail, return receipt, etc., and all items need to be insured. If none of these methods are used, Kirk Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged through shipping.
